We've got a wonderful weekend planned and hope that all of you will join us. On Friday night we have an informal reception/cocktail party in a private room in the back of the Colonial Bar and Grill inside the Four Points Sheraton. Join us in greeting our classmates as they arrive and check-in for the weekend. We will be serving hors d'oevres and there will be a cash bar.
We are surveying the class to determine the interest in making a trip to Lynnfield High School for a short tour of the High School and a stop at their Friday Night football game. We will also present the class gift which has been generously donated by Biz Reed. After that visit, we will return to the Sheraton Four Points to continue the party.
We are also surveying the class to determine your interest in some form of tour on Saturday to either the seaport of Boston or to Salem for a little Halloween adventure. If there is interest in either of these we will add them as an option.
On Saturday night we will be partying in the Colonial Ballroom. Kook Lowry and the band are coming into play the event. In addition, we will have a great dinner including fish, chicken, prime rib and other options for all tastes.

It has been fifty years since we graduated and this opportunity will never present itself again. I can tell you, just getting together with the committee and speaking with so many of you on the phone has been a lot of fun. I am certain that you will be surprised at what some of your classmates have been doing in the last fifty years and renewing those old acquaintances is a lot of fun. The biggest problem....not enough time!!

ONE FINAL NOTE
There have been a lot of changes in Lynnfield since we graduated. The High School has been overhauled throughout the building and they have built one of the largest artificial turf recreational facilities in the country. Colonial Golf Course and restaurant are gone and have been replaced with a large village style shopping center called Market Street. Places like the Towne Line House and Kernwood are no longer around and the Junior High School is now a brand new building called the Middle School. The town has grown substantially since we graduated and for those that have not returned, you will find a lot of changes. We hope you will join us for this event, we all want to see you.
