In Memory

Robert Duffield

Robert Duffield

Arthur,

I'm sorry to have to pass along the bad news that Bob passed away in 2003.  Despite his active, healthy regimen (he seemed the fittest of we 3 brothers), he contracted a very bad form of Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL).  He fought valiantly for nine months, but not even a stem cell transplant from my youngest brother Tom could save him. We still have no idea how he got it.  It was a shocking loss to our family.  Tom and I still find it hard to believe and accept.  If there's anything else you'd like to find out, just let me know.
